Vietnam: Nationwide delivery to all provinces and cities.
United States: Shipping available across all 50 states.
International: Currently, we do not ship to countries outside Vietnam and the U.S.

Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team prepares and securely packages your items.
Vietnam Orders
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+7), Mon–Fri are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Standard processing time: 1 business day.
U.S. Orders
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Mon–Fri are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, weekends, or U.S. postal holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Fees
Vietnam: Flat rate $6.99 nationwide
United States: Flat rate $6.99 per order
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor delivery directly through the carrier’s platform.
6. Delivery Issues
Vietnam: If your package does not arrive within 7 business days after processing, or is marked “delivered” but not received, contact us immediately.
United States: If your package does not arrive within 10 business days after processing, or is marked “delivered” but not received, please reach out to our support team.
