Shipping & No-Fee Commitment

We strive for transparency regarding costs:

  • No Hidden Fees: We do not apply restocking fees, processing fees, or hidden handling charges.
  • Return shipping is typically handled by the customer using their preferred carrier (unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective item).
  • Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable depending on the specific circumstances.

Refunds

Once we have had a chance to receive and look over the item, we will proceed with the refund. The credit is typically sent back to your original payment method within about 14 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank might take a few extra days to reflect the balance.
